How do I get unlimited questions?

Free users can access 10 questions per day. To get unlimited questions, upgrade to a Premium subscription from the paywall or from Settings → Upgrade to Premium.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open your iPhone's Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Deep Convos → Cancel Subscription. You'll retain Premium access until the end of the current billing period.

I was charged but the app still shows free. What do I do?

Open the app, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases." This will re-sync your subscription status. If the issue persists, contact us at the email below.

How do I restore my purchases on a new device?

Sign in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase, then open Deep Convos → Settings → Restore Purchases.

How do daily notifications work?

If you enable daily reminders in Settings, the app sends a local notification each morning at 9:00 AM with a conversation prompt. No data leaves your device — notifications are scheduled entirely on-device.

How do I turn off notifications?

Open Deep Convos → Settings → toggle off "Daily Reminders." You can also manage notification permissions in your iPhone's Settings → Deep Convos → Notifications.

Where are my favorites saved?

Favorites are saved locally on your device. They appear in the Favorites tab. Note that uninstalling the app will remove saved favorites.

Does the app work offline?

Yes. All 500+ questions are stored on your device. You only need an internet connection to manage your subscription.
