Deep Convos is a conversation starter app designed for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the questions or content within the app without prior written permission.
Deep Convos offers auto-renewable subscription plans:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your iPhone's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
Free users may access up to 10 questions per day across all categories and intensity levels. This limit resets daily.
All content, design, and code within Deep Convos are the property of Deep Convos and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Deep Convos is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The app is intended to facilitate conversation and is not a substitute for professional relationship counseling, therapy, or mental health services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deep Convos and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
